We do not automatically process orders on-line; you must print the order form from your browser and send it to the Company Store with appropriate payment. We do NOT send a confirmation email to you. We apologize for this lack of automation.

Appropriate payment is by check, money order, or by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. If you wish to pay by credit card, the credit card information must be filled out manually in the areas provided on the order form. No credit card information is collected on this web site.
